Nyuro

Nyuro ,the name is not so unknown to anyone in my circle and the taste of veggies is the matter of love for color and nature and the corners in the rural area or riverside is full of this vegetable.As a rural villager  I always loved the way to find out this saag in village area to prepare it with little amount of salt and oil.You can mix up many things  ingredients like cumin and turmeric but cuisine variety depicted in different channels in being less inclusive to include this veggie as part of daily life.I do not know why it is ignored but local markets are always seem busy to distribute.When ever flavors of paratha is described everywhere with mango pickle I just search Nyuro a lot to have with paratha or rice .

I am not going to elaborate how to grill,cook,boil or saute to prepare Nyuro as meal but I just love to cook as own interest and mood.
