Chiya and chat guff in Bhumahi

Obviously Sweetu  Da from Delhi brought lots of things here, you just love chowmin with a girl who was so fair and talk endlessly, she is my friend ,a stylist babe now but I do not like her at all. She  has been posting the snapshots in facebook,I am happy to see the ice around having the snacks in Bhumahi Chowk, you just love the chat ,this delicious category has earned its share of global fanfare too! An all-time favourite street food in Bhumahi, chatpata chaats, loaded with crunchy savouries, juicy veggies, peppy chutneys and spices, are guaranteed to tickle your taste buds. accompanied by the friendly banter of friends and family.

Khasta actually means "flaky" and this flaky kachori is filled with a delectable moong dal mixture and deep fried. Remember to fry the kachori on a very slow flame so that the crust is crisp and gets cooked on the inside. A perfect kachori is one that is puffed up and flaky outside but hollow inside. Top them with curds and chutneys to make an irresistible chaat. Also these kachoris can be stored in air-tight containers for upto a week.Who can resist the temptation of fresh, deep-fried jalebis garnished with aromatic saffron strands?

The way from Bhumahi to Jargaha ,Misrauli to pratappur or the areas around Thada Ban Brhera,Harkatta,Bhutah,Bardaghat have been my favorites to have cycle ride, you just take a cycle with girls, scootie in team and start chitchat a lot,you love companies of other to be part of celebration, you gossip chitchat never ends ,the real pleasure of chiya and chat guff everyday in Bhumahi makes one very happy .
