soya chaap
Ingredients
Required:
250g soya chaap (4-5 pieces)
200g tomatoes
5 tbsp yogurt
100g cream/malai
Recipe:
Wash
250g raw soya chaap under running water and softly squeeze off the
water from the chaap. Put small cuts on the chaap with knife, and fry
the chaap in oil on medium heat till golden brown. You can also saute
the chaap with little oil in a flat pan. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan or
kadai and put 200g crushed tomatoes, 5 tbsp beaten yogurt and 50g
Nimkish Soya Chaap Masala and saute on medium heat until oil separates.
Now add 1 cup water, 100 g cream/beaten malai and keep stirring till it
boils. Add the soya chaap, cover with lid and cook on low heat for 10
minutes or till the gravy is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Note: If the chaap is fried, soak it in hot water till soft, wash with cold water and follow the above recipe.
