A mythic area Sunwal has lots of significance in local areas,the rituals,rural life and free convesration to nature are the features of Sunwal.The community is based on friendship ,united voice among youth circle and the immigrants to India and other countries brings lots of stories of adventure in this area.I remember last year I attended some programs in Bangsing troop of Gorkha Rifles in Mahipalpur,NEW Delhi,India and the party had the distinct environment.Even overflow to abroad is major sign of immigrants to these locality of Sunwal.The facebook and other communication apps denote the sense of home,belongingness and other ethnic identity when they locate Sunwal through pictures and videos as live depiction by using selrotee,colorful rangoli painted with red mud and cow dung.Even dressed in Nepali attire and dancing in Nepali songs like Deusi and Bhailo add a charm to facebook as it as mosaic it presents live story of the community of Sunwal and other areas on facebook attached to eachother,liking and commenting each other and the overall presents the scenerio where many voices get the unique voice of visual and audio which makes a sense of home in our mind.
I saw somebody showing making fini in facebook live video,the girl from Sunwal was fantastic,I loved the way she presented cooking,there was the story of teej in Sydney too.The mutual attraction of those site and the clicking reaction to the rituals and other festive moments creates lots of identities united as community and love generated to each other have been a flavor to media apps.I searched in wikipedia about Sunwal ,a city of untold story but never found which compelled to write me something which I know and I have been writing nonsense to bring the moist from the hard rock.
A part of Lumbini Zone ,Sunwal has been the way to Kathmandu to Butwal location so tourist bus often passes via Sunwal and people notices the name and other hodding board a lot but the hidden aspect of Sunwal remains untold day by day.The way to Parasi ,Butwal and Naranghat has lots of attractions as junctions and one love to enjoy the days here .The social gathering ,festival celebrations and forest preservations are the secrets of this area.People still depend on farming and business sector has been being a way of survival here.The tired faces of farmers with housewives tell a different story of life as they spent most of the time in farming.The firewood collection,harvesting time and festive season have been their daily stories and the time is hard to manage for leisure.I remember the collections of wild fruits from the locality to make local cuisine which are the stories hidden here.There are lots of women who make mauwa wine using the herbs there in forest of Sunwal and local fishing in forests with friends is another aspect of this area.
People from Southern Nawalparasee come in crowd to collect firewood on Saturday,so it is a kind of fair there on Saturday managed by Forest officers working in the areas.Likewise Teej fair in Baba Bard Goriya Temples attracts many Indians on the day of Teej.The local brands promoting with cultural programs carries several stories of the locality ,the community effort and engagement to maintain harmony ,the issues of development are the other unnarrated stories.People seem depending on media to relocate the sense of home ,to reflect the benefits of community and unite all.So ,a story of sense of belongingness, homeness and other glimpses present Sunwal area ,as story of Untold Narratives where many narrations are remained in dark to be written and some are in memory to get the shape of writing from oral transcriptions.
